Return Policy — Pureformer

We hope you are satisfied with your order.

If for any reason you would like to request a return, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
* the product must be unused
* in its original condition
* and returned in its original packaging

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive further instructions regarding the return process.

Pureformer reserves the right to refuse returns if products are returned used, damaged, or incomplete.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
